Cisco acquires Airbridge portfolio company Smartlook

In late 2020, Airbridge Equity Partners invested in Czech-based Smartlook, founded and run by Petr Janosik (CEO) and Ondra Machek (CTO). Since the beginning of our journey together, Smartlook has performed very well and predictably, like a Swiss clock. 

Within the user analytics market, consolidation takes place, and together with the founders of Smartlook, we decided late last year to explore this opportunity. This decision resulted in the sale of Smartlook to one of the world's most renowned tech players!

As described by Cisco "It represents a big step forward in delivering even more value for Cisco AppDynamics and the Full-Stack Observability Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solution, with new application and user experience insights, analytics, and troubleshooting capabilities.
